The quality of work and the quality of life of its employees is therefore at the very heart of Migros’s health and safety policy.

Workplace health Management

In 2010 more Migros enterprises were awarded the Friendly Work Space quality seal – for their exemplary Workplace Health Management scheme (WHM). Taken overall, it is clear that systematic workplace health management is firmly established throughout and along the entire supply chain in the Migros Group.

Working Hours, Health and Absences

Good health, workplace quality, job satisfaction and labour productivity are inextricably interlinked. Healthy, motivated and efficient workers generate the maximum value added. It is clear from 2010 that more work and better health go hand in hand at Migros.
