The Executive Board

The seven-member Executive Board oversees the operational management of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives and is responsible for directing the management divisions.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is appointed by the Board of Directors and confirmed as a member of the Board of Directors by the Assembly of Delegates. The CEO has the right to give directions and has overall responsibility for operational management. The remaining members are responsible for the six departments: HR, Cultural and Social Affairs, Leisure; Marketing; Logistics and IT; Industry and Wholesaling; Finance; Commerce.
