Support Possibilities and Social Advice

Migros' occupational social and family counselling offers free and confidential advice and support for professional and personal issues in the areas of work, health, private life, finance and law. It assists in the development of possible solutions, accompanies their implementation, provides support in the form of information and, if required, puts staff in touch with other departments and specialists both within and outside the Migros Group.

For issues such as psychological strain or the reintegration of long-term absentees, the collaboration with internal interfaces has enabled comprehensive and effective support for employees. Migros' social advice centres actively promote dialogue and networking among one another as well as on an interdisciplinary level. One example of this is the Migros Group's national campaign «Psychische Gesundheit» (mental health), which was launched in the summer of 2012 together with specialists from occupational health management.
