Management

The management is responsible for the operational leadership of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives. It consists of the CEO, the members of the Executive Board and the heads of the management divisions.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives (FMC). The CEO has the right to give directions and has overall responsibility for the operational management of the FMC. The remaining members are responsible for the seven departments: CEO; HRM and Commitment Migros Group; Operations; Migros Industrie; Finance; Commerce; Transformation (since 11. 2024).

Composition of management

The Executive Board oversees the operational management of the FMC and is responsible for directing the management divisions. Of the seven members, two (28.6 %) are female.
